- Begin Device Activation
- Go to DICKEY-john.com/product-activation
- Enter your name, email, phone, model, and device serial number (found on your unit).
- Submit your registration for activation.
- Watch for an Activation In-Progress Email
- Once your registration is submitted, you’ll see a confirmation on the screen that your request has been received.
- No further action is required at this time. The DICKEY-john® team will begin the activation process.

- The activation process will take up to 48 hours or 2 business days.
- Once complete, you will receive a “Final Activation: Password/Password Reset” Email with instructions on:
- Logging into the DICKEY-john® Cloud Service
- Downloading the PC software (GrainLab) and phone App (GrainLab GO)
- Syncing your device
