Allied Universal support FAQ

या ब्रँडसाठी मॅन्युअल, नोंदणी आणि समर्थन याबद्दल सामान्य प्रश्न.

  • How do I respond to alerts on my Allied Universal tracking device?

If you receive alerts, such as vibrations or flashing LEDs (Red PWR, GPS, ZONE), contact your officer immediately. Press the Acknowledge button on the device to stop the flashing LEDs.

  • How long do I need to charge the AT1 1-Piece tracking device?

The device must be charged for a minimum of 2 hours per day. Once it is fully charged, it will vibrate once and the PWR LED will be solid green.

  • What does the Red Zone LED indicator mean?

The Red Zone light indicates that you are either in a forbidden area or not in a location where you are scheduled to be. Leave the forbidden area or travel to your scheduled location immediately. The Zone LED will stop blinking when the alarm is cleared.

  • What should I do if the Red GPS light begins to blink?

A flashing Red GPS light means the device has lost its GPS signal. Walk outside with the device uncovered into an area with a clear view of the sky (away from trees or awnings) until the light stops blinking.
