• A typical LED solution includes several key components: media sources, a control system, receiving cards, and the LED display. The control system sends images from your media source to the receiving cards, which then process and display the images on the LED unit.
• For the LDC series, the control system includes a control box and the LD-SCB-026 Power Module. Two control box options are available as follows:

Read these instructions carefully, keep them in a safe place, and follow all warnings and instructions.

सामान्य सुरक्षा खबरदारी

• Always wear protective gear, such as gloves and protective shoes, when handling the LED Display.

विद्युत सुरक्षा

• Electrical connections, and all associated servicing or adjusting, should only be performed by a qualified electrician approved or licensed as required by the locality.
• Use only Neutrik PowerCon cable connectors to connect to the power input socket. The cable(s) must be of a hard usage type with a minimum rating of 32A.
• Do not use extension cords. If the power cable(s) are too short, have a qualified electrician install an outlet near the LED Display.
• Before installing or servicing, ensure the power at the upstream circuit breaker is turned off.

Before the installation, make sure the Wall Mount Brackets supplied in the case match the ones illustrated in Appendix A.

1. Please take a moment to check the following when deciding the installation location. However, for the best results, it is recommended to ask your reseller or licensed professional to install the Display.

   • Cable pathways between the Cabinets, and between the Cabinets and Power Module.

   • Carefully test route all cables (Ethernet and power), making sure the cable length is enough for the outer rails of the Power Module to fully extend without causing tension on the cables.
   • Each Power Module should have a separate, dedicated power source.
2. Using the Screw Hole Location template provided in Appendix A, mark screw locations on the wall and pre-drill them.
3. Starting from the left, install the first Upper Wall Mount Bracket with the provided screws (M6 x 80 mm Expansion for masonry; wood screws for load bearing wood).
4. Repeat Step 3, making sure the second Upper Wall Mount Bracket is level with the first Upper Bracket.
   Note: To make sure the marks are horizontal, it is recommended to use a laser or torpedo level.
5. After mounting the first and second Upper Wall Mount Brackets to the wall, secure them with the Wall Mount Connector Plate using the six provided screws (M6 x 8 mm).

1. Using the Screw Hole Location template provided in Appendix A, mark six mounting holes (three holes per one rail) on the wall and pre-drill them.

   • To make sure the marks are horizontal, it is recommended to use a laser or torpedo level.
   • Refer to Appendix A for the detailed instructions on mounting the Wall Mount Brackets and Power Module, including minimum space requirements.
2. At a full extension of the slide, install the right slide rail onto the wall using the provided screws, while the outer rail is level and align the mounting holes.
3. Repeat Step 2 for the left slide rail.

Connecting Cables to the Power Module

• When the Power Module is securely mounted on the wall, you are ready to connect cables. Connect one end first. The other end should not be connected until all Cabinets are installed for easier cable routing.
• Make sure the power at the upstream circuit breaker is turned off at the beginning of this procedure.
• The Power Module requires a power supply cable with a PowerCon NAC3FC-HC cable connector for the power input.

1. Prepare the following cables.

   • Power supply cable(s)1, with a PowerCon NAC3FC-HC power input connector installed (purchase separately)
   • Power cables of the Cabinets
2. Make sure you use the correct power supply cable and power supply rating for your location.
3. Insert the power connector of a power supply cable to the AC In male power socket at the rear of the Power Module. Then, rotate the power connector 90° clockwise (a click should be heard).
4. Connect one end of the Power cable of the Cabinet to the AC Out power socket of the Power Module.
5. Repeat Step 4 for the remaining Power cables.
6. To communicate with the control box, connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the LAN (RJ45) port of the Power Module.

Note: Before the installation, it is recommended to refer to Appendix B first to decide how you want to route the cables for the power and network connections to the Cabinets.

1. Place each section of a Cabinet on stable furniture that can safely support them. Start from the middle, then move to the left and right.
   टीप: 
   • One Cabinet is divided into separate sections. You can identify these Cabinet sections by the labels on the package. For more information, refer to Appendix B to identify Cabinet sections and installation sequence.

2. Install the Cabinet sections together with the two provided screws (M6 x 16 mm).
3. Place a Cabinet Connector Plate between the Cabinet sections. With the Connector Plate in a level position, secure it with the four provided screws (M4 x 12 mm).
4. On the back of the Cabinet, install the Mounting Brackets to the location indicated in Appendix A with the provided screw.
   टीप: Before tightening the screw, adjust the Mounting Bracket so that its top edge is parallel to the Cabinet and both Brackets are perfectly horizontal with each other.

12. At the bottom of each Cabinet, use a pair of pliers or utility knife to remove the breakaway tab from the Cabinet assembly to allow cable routing. Refer to Appendix B for the tab location.

Connecting to the Control Box

महत्त्वाचे: Before connecting cables to the control box, make sure the control box is fully inserted into the rack, and the rack is securely situated.

1. To connect the control box to power, connect the power cord from the Power Module to the AC In jack of the control box. Then, plug the power cord plug into a power outlet.
2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable from the Power Module to the first LAN (RJ45) port of the control box.
3. Using Appendix B as a guide, connect other Ethernet cables to the control box. Each LAN (RJ45) port must correspond to the correct Cabinet according to the diagram provided in Appendix B.
4. Route the Ethernet and Power cables of the Cabinets through the holes previously punched out, and then connect each cable to the appropriate connector on the Cabinet.

1. Align each LED Module with the Cabinet, then carefully press the Module into place. See Appendix C to for the installation sequence.

Turning On the Power Supply

1. Make sure all connections have been made and are correct.
2. Plug the connected power supply cable(s) into a power outlet.
3. Turn on the upstream circuit breaker and Power switch of the control Box.

4. Your LED Display is now ready to turn on.
