To reset the station, touch the top of the main module until the LED blinks blue, then follow the configuration steps in the Netatmo Weather app. For a full factory reset, you may need to connect it to a computer via USB.
The serial number is usually printed on the product packaging and on the device itself (often on the back, bottom, or inside the battery compartment). It typically starts with 'g' followed by a sequence of characters.
Unscrew the bottom of the module to access the battery compartment. Replace the old batteries with 2 AAA batteries, ensuring the polarity is correct, and screw the bottom back on tightly to ensure water resistance.
Check that your Wi-Fi router is on and within range. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz network, as some Netatmo devices do not support 5GHz. You can reconfigure Wi-Fi settings via the Netatmo Energy app.
